What exactly does the CC API do?
CC gives your AI agents a live feed of every crash, slow API call, and user-friction signal from your web and mobile apps. You ingest events via one endpoint — CC scores, surfaces, and streams them back so your agents can read, report, and act in real time.
How long does integration take?
Most teams are ingesting live events within an hour. Add your API key, point your app at /v1/ingest, and events start flowing immediately. No discovery sprint, no onboarding call required.
Is personal and location data handled securely?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest on UK/EU infrastructure. Personal fields (email, phone, location) are optional — only send what your privacy policy permits. CC is audited by SP (Small Print) for GDPR compliance on every ingest.
Can I connect CC to my existing AI agent?
Yes. CC is agent-agnostic. Point any agent at /v1/signals or /v1/alerts and it receives a typed, structured feed it can act on immediately. Agents can also write back into CC via agent_report events so status updates appear on your dashboard in real time.
What platforms do you support?
iOS, Android, React Native, and web. Any platform that can make an HTTP request can send events to CC. We auto-enrich device, OS, and location context where possible.
Where is your data stored?
Default region is London UK. CC stores your event data to power the API you can request to delete it at any time. We do offer data storage in other regions through our Custom Enterprise package.
